110-1000X Locking Fuel Cap

This locking fuel cap is designed for medium to heavy-duty off-highway vehicles where it is desirable to prevent theft and vandalism.  Featuring a KeyOne Plus modular locking system providing “One Key – One Vehicle” convenience, this robust product fits standard fuel filler necks 82.5 mm O.D. and 68.5 mm I.D.

Features/Benefits

  • Double sealed lock detail provides for maximum performance (the lock head is sealed from exposure and the lock cylinder has a second seal to prevent water from getting in the cap itself)
  • Fuel cap can be keyed to match other TriMark door products with KeyOne Plus for a single-key system, keyed alike or keyed random

Installation

  • Retrofitable design fits standard 1/4 turn fuel filler necks 82.5 mm O.D. and 68.5 mm I.D.

Material

  • Sturdy die cast zinc alloy cap and lock cover 
  • Retainer and locking plate : zinc plated, mild steel
  • Filler gasket: 3mm neoprene rubber

Finish

  • Bright Chrome Plating on Cap and lock cover 120 hour salt spray tested
  • Steel components: zinc plated

Caution: Non-vented cap is designed for use only on diesel powered vehicles with properly vented fuel systems.
