TriMark Corporation's "Quality Plan" for hardware systems and components is a concise list of significant control points and systems peculiar to TriMark Corporation, New Hampton, Iowa and the commodity. This plan contains brief but specific information and describes the key factors used to assure product conformance.

TriMark Corporation will initiate and implement improvement to the "Quality Plan" as circumstances dictate, and if requested, will provide customers with the revisions to the "Quality Plan" on a yearly basis, including the annual Quality Improvement Plan.

• Certifications:

TriMark's inspection department is fully staffed with experts and equipped with highly sophisticated test equipment. More importantly, every employee serves as his own inspector, providing statistical process control data or visually checking each piece. It is this attention to quality that has qualified TriMark as a certified supplier to some major customers. TriMark is globally certified with Caterpillar, John Deere and J.I. Case. In the United States, we are a certified supplier to Paccar and Pierce Manufacturing. TriMark also boasts supplier classifications with:
